CSI Insurance LLC is an independent property & casualty insurance agency focused on risk management for individuals and businesses, with a specific focus on farm insurance. Our focus is designing a custom-tailored experience for our clients.

The corporate main office is located in Tiffin, Ohio, with additional offices in Fostoria, Galion, Amherst, and Norwalk. Formerly known as Chris Schiefer Insurance and Financial Services, formed in 1991 in Tiffin, CSI Insurance LLC was formed in 2019.

Today the Agency has 19 Associate Agents in the five office locations, and has achieved Nationwide Insurance President’s Conference 24 years, and Million Dollar Roundtable qualification for 27 years. In 2015 we were honored to be inducted into Nationwide’s Hall of Fame. Our focus is on holistic risk management for farms, business owners and individuals.

Our “sister” firm is Legacy Capital Advisors LLC, our goal is to meet the needs of select individuals and businesses in their quest to achieve wealth creation and asset preservation. We strive to assist individuals in meeting their financial goals.

We are looking for an Associate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong understanding of the insurance industry and fully licensed in P&C. The Associate Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance needs, answering inquiries, and providing quotes. This position requires a highly organized individual who is able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development of new products and services.
• Identify potential areas for improvement in customer service processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,500.00 per year
